Incentive program:
The incentive program supports the training and provides opportunites to recognise and reward customer service excellence. Service Star monthly awards nominated from customers presented in conjunction with Chamber of Commerce. Media partners organised to showcase winners and Annual Service awards. Each business that participates in this inniative will receive a window sticker and voting postcards for their customers to use.
